Damian Mochan is the managing partner of Central Pennsylvania Benefit Solutions. Damian is also the immediate past president of the PA Association of Health Underwriters. In 2009 Damian received the emerging leader award from the National Association of Health Underwriters for his work in Washington D.C. trying to change the course of what is now the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Damian is in Washington D.C. at least once per year and in Harrisburg at least two times per year talking with lawmakers and explaining how new laws and reforms affect businesses in PA.

Damian started Logical Planning Solutions in 2005 in order to help companies control their rising benefit costs while providing employers with a very high service level of consulting.
