Sophia joined the 1 Benefit Solutions team in 2023 helping with small group renewals.

After joining the team, Sophia has transitioned into our Strategic Solutions coordinator. In this new role, Sophia handles the marketing and leads the company’s Employee Navigator operations. She works closely with clients and internal teams to streamline the renewal process while helping businesses make the most of their benefits technology.
